Here is my story
👇🏾
At 21 years old, I had no job.
At 23 years old, I ended up working in a Payday Loan Company.
At 23 years old, I wanted to be a musician (I failed), but… I was good, lol.
At 25 years old, I started working as a teller.
At 26 years old, I partnered with a business partner for a clothing company.
At 27 years old, I started a premium hat designer company.
At 30 years old, I started a sneaker resale company called Sneaker Miyagi.
At 33 years old, I ended my career in banking as an assistant manager.
At 33 years old, I landed my first role in Tech as Cloud Support.
At 35 years old, I started Level Up In Tech.
At 39 years old, I'm now considered a cloud computing leader in the industry.
To everyone who thinks that you have to be young to dominate in this game and believes that past failures mean you cannot be successful.
👉🏾 I'm here to tell you that if it's not the thing, then it's the thing that's getting you prepared for the thing.
My entire career, with its failures and successes, from working as a banker to starting several businesses, prepared me for the moment when I transitioned into this industry at 33 years old.
It gave me the life lessons I needed to grow and handle the experiences at this time.
So, when you get frustrated because you're not where you want to be, just understand that you are exactly where you need to be to get prepared for where you want to go.
