Infrastructure must continue in order to save money and to continue to fix all broken concrete asphalts Heavy traffic everywhere especially rush hours cannot be avoided. Just to share: My Tia and I used to go to Cavite when I was little girl from Sta Mesa, Manila to visit my mom (family) who were stationed sa Sangley Point, Naval Base. US Navy. I remember riding on Saulog Bus from Manila to Cavite and return home to Manila. I was raised by my great aunt and great grandmother.
