We, the American Indian Empowerment PAC, hereby issue this Cease and Desist notice to all legal, elected, appointed, juristic, citizens, residents, resident aliens, for-profit and non-profit corporate persons, and all other non-governmental organizations under the jurisdiction of the United States.
It has come to our attention that individuals, organizations, and corporations are deliberately misclassifying Americans of American Indian and colonial European descent as "Black" or "African American" for profit. This misclassification violates treaties, constitutions, and covenants, and it is imperative that this practice be discontinued immediately.
Misidentifying Americans of American Indian and colonial European descent as "Black" or "African American" erases their unique cultural heritage and history, infringing upon their right to self-determination and self-identification. The Indian Bill of Rights, Indian Civil Rights Act, and American Indian Self-determination and Education Assistance Act of 1975 were enacted to protect the rights of American Indians and colonial European descent Americans. Furthermore, treaties such as the Treaty of Dancing Rabbit Creek, the Treaty with the Cherokee, and the Treaty of Delaware were established to safeguard the sovereignty and self-determination of American Indian tribes. The Bill of Rights and the Constitution of the United States also ensure the fundamental rights of all Americans, regardless of their race or ethnicity. Additionally, the United Nations Declaration of the Rights of Indigenous Peoples recognizes the right of Indigenous peoples to self-determination and the preservation of their cultural identity.
By perpetuating the false belief in race and imposing the identity of "Black" or "African American" on Americans of American Indian and colonial European descent, these individuals, organizations, and corporations are promoting a caste system identity that does not exist and undermining the principles of liberty and justice for all upon which the United States of America was founded.
Therefore, we demand that all social media companies, elected officials, public servants, public corporations, and their agents and partners immediately cease and desist from using terms such as FBA, Black, Afro-American, African Americans, minorities, people of color, communities of color, ADOS, or any other marketing slogan or racist term to describe and determine the identity of Americans of American Indian and colonial European descent with ruddy, tawny, brunette, fair, swarthy, and dark skin tones as "Black" or "African American."
Failure to comply with this Cease and Desist notice will result in legal action to protect the rights and identities of Americans of American Indian and colonial European descent.

It’s true they have an extreme viciousness to them. I think their cold hostile environment forced them to be extra aggressive, innovative and cunning.
At least they have a collective goal, even if it's genocidal in nature. What goals do black people have collectively? The AU sits there making pronouncements about agenda 2063, or whatever, but entirely fails to get buy in from the people that matter - African people. Dr Arikana talks more about the African Continental Free Trade Area than they do, and they sacked her.

Having lived in both continents for at least 20 years each, I would say whites are not more intelligent than Africans but I can say they are more organized and well ahead of Africans politically and academically which is the background for success.
And don't you have to be intelligent to do that. Why be intelligent and not know how to be organsied. Being intelligent is knowing how to think fast and be ahead.

@@teeteeme5752Our societies were very organized pre colonisation. Even the Europeans who encountered African kingdoms pre the Transatlantic slave trade admitted as much. How can you have kingdoms as vast as the Mali empire if you're not organised? We're disorganised now because we're trying to govern our societies the way the Europeans do and not the way our ancestors did. We need to go back to what makes sense and feels natural for us. We do better organising from the ground up than from the top down. Actually, all people do, but the corporate hegemony today would have us believe otherwise.

@@teeteeme5752from my travels and different interactions I have had with various ethnic groups and having visited Nigeria last year with my brother. From my experience I would have to conclude that I think that Nigerians have got to be the smartest people on the planet and I’m not even joking. Me and my brother were blown away by how smart they really are but because of the high level of poverty people often turn to crime etc to survive.
I think he is conflating intelligence and moral. Fact is we had all the assets and the people and we were not smart enough to realise that we should not capture the people we know about over a random stranger from a distant land, and we allowed them to fool us into giving away our resources basically for free. Thing is intelligence can change, but it won’t if people don’t want to admit it.

There is a differance between intelligents,and being educated.
They're not entirely detached.
There is a base genetic IQ everyone is born with and grows naturally while aging but it can be influenced by education.

As a sub Saharan African, I’m very critical of the social intelligence of our people. We culturally don’t care about each other, easiest group of people to divide/conquer, we are followers not leaders, we don’t create anything, we worship foreign gods created by Europeans & Arabs etc Our social intelligence is incredibly questionable, I’m still studying it but I think the answer is obvious. We are exceptional at not forgiving each other, but easily forgive white supremacy for historical crimes. 😤😤😤
Yes, true but criticism does not get us anywhere. I think we can all see the behavior…its not a profound observation. The question is how did it get that way and how to return to the ancient ways…i dont have the answers but i believe that we can all put cur heads together on it and get somewhere good. Dreams.
It first has to be even acknowledged. Africans are generally too proud to admit that something culturally went wrong somewhere.
Keep researching and u will find out that Africans invented almost everything. From modern medicine to mathematics, to astronomy, to architecture. Please read "How Europe Underdeveloped Africa" and the "Destruction of African civilizations" if you want to know how many of our people got to this current state. There is also a podcast by Dr. Oba t'shaka that discusses steps to move forward. Please stop calling yourself sub anything. Africans are all over this earth. Read the origin of Kemet.
That is quite harsh. Your knowledge of African history may be partial. It’s quite amusing that a continent that has one of the richest History has its people so disconnected from it. It’s fascinating.
Most of the black communities, whether they are in the Caribbean, Africa, or America (Central, South…) seem to have a negative vision of themselves as a group, something that has dramatic consequences on everything they do and obviously on how they work together.
Do you think Asians are more intelligent than Westerners? And did you think that way 40 years ago (no lies...)?
Koreans are Christian (a lot ...) and japânese are Shinto - the fact that you take something from the outside world doesn't necessarily reveal something lacking in you. We praise the Japanese for having absorbed the Western way before anyone in Asia, I mean the good parts of it.

And yes, it starts with the Africans talking to each other to sort out their problems (without the influence of the West which has been the most horrible partner/abuser...) and manage their success
Imagine that the market value of resources that are extracted from the soil of the continent is evaluated at 3 trillion. The total of the continent's PIB is perhaps around 1 trillion+...
That is the scale of the exploitation.
This unequal exchange is managed by the West, and they play a massive role in how the world perceives us.

I would say that they are definitely not smarter. They just use their intelligence in a different way. I studied with white people, and they did not achieve anything academically that black people did not achieve . I would say that slavery put us behind. The black man suffers from low self- esteem. The Africans who sold their fellow Africans to the Arabs and Europeans placed wealth in the hands of other empires. If slavery and the trafficking of Africans had never taken place, Africans would be seen very differently.
The lack of love and compassion the black man has shown for one another has been detrimental to the black man.
I don’t buy this whites are smarter nonsense because it simply is not true. If you do your research you will find out that the students who graduated in America and the Uk with the highest test scores in the top elite universities are actually Nigerians and it’s been this way for some time now.
Please stop believing that whites or any other group is more intelligent than people of African descent because it is definitely not true and at the end of the day intelligence is merely about perception and nothing else.

We, the American Indian Empowerment PAC, hereby issue this Cease and Desist notice to all legal, elected, appointed, juristic, citizens, residents, resident aliens, for-profit and non-profit corporate persons, and all other non-governmental organizations under the jurisdiction of the United States.
It has come to our attention that individuals, organizations, and corporations are deliberately misclassifying Americans of American Indian and colonial European descent as "Black" or "African American" for profit. This misclassification violates treaties, constitutions, and covenants, and it is imperative that this practice be discontinued immediately.
Misidentifying Americans of American Indian and colonial European descent as "Black" or "African American" erases their unique cultural heritage and history, infringing upon their right to self-determination and self-identification. The Indian Bill of Rights, Indian Civil Rights Act, and American Indian Self-determination and Education Assistance Act of 1975 were enacted to protect the rights of American Indians and colonial European descent Americans. Furthermore, treaties such as the Treaty of Dancing Rabbit Creek, the Treaty with the Cherokee, and the Treaty of Delaware were established to safeguard the sovereignty and self-determination of American Indian tribes. The Bill of Rights and the Constitution of the United States also ensure the fundamental rights of all Americans, regardless of their race or ethnicity. Additionally, the United Nations Declaration of the Rights of Indigenous Peoples recognizes the right of Indigenous peoples to self-determination and the preservation of their cultural identity.
By perpetuating the false belief in race and imposing the identity of "Black" or "African American" on Americans of American Indian and colonial European descent, these individuals, organizations, and corporations are promoting a caste system identity that does not exist and undermining the principles of liberty and justice for all upon which the United States of America was founded.
Therefore, we demand that all social media companies, elected officials, public servants, public corporations, and their agents and partners immediately cease and desist from using terms such as FBA, Black, Afro-American, African Americans, minorities, people of color, communities of color, ADOS, or any other marketing slogan or racist term to describe and determine the identity of Americans of American Indian and colonial European descent with ruddy, tawny, brunette, fair, swarthy, and dark skin tones as "Black" or "African American."
Failure to comply with this Cease and Desist notice will result in legal action to protect the rights and identities of Americans of American Indian and colonial European descent.
This notice is issued under the authority of PUBLIC LAW 93-638, Indian Civil Rights Act of 1968 (ICRA), 25 U.S.C.§§ 1301-1304 (ICRA).

Rephrasing the term "intelligence" doesn't change the actual situation.
If you have one man who has a billion dollars, fancy cars, multiple houses and plenty to eat and you have another man that has nothing, starving but has 10 dogs. What good is the second man saying "Yeah, he measures wealth by having lots of money and plenty of food but over here, we measure wealth by how many dogs you have".
Saying that doesn't change the reality that the second guy is still starving.

I know one thing is for sure, We are completely incompatible, but you need us as psychological assurance that you are of value and human because we are "nothing," completely worthless no right to be around but absolutely must be seen at the same time. If Africans around the globe all chose to leap to their death tomorrow, the West would completely destroy itself within a few weeks as it would have no clear line for an outgroup to repeatedly unassign value, that is non-human and unworthy of existence. Who would take the new place as unworthy of existence but must be kept alive to destroy again? Hispanics are already middle ground between White, humans, and Black the line of what is nothing and nonhuman. If Africans suddenly began to decide, OK, we aren't everybody else, lets branch off and walk into the frightening abyss of non-humans the world would panic. Somebody must be down on their face to provide the Psychological Foundation for the highly insecure modern world where everyone is fighting for the highest value, being considered human. In short, you don't need anyone face down or need to interact with anyone to push down if you solidly know you are of value even without the presence of the unworthy.
If Africans view intelligence by how community processes then why has no African nation helped its people progress.
Maybe because the African nations you mention are European creations.

I just witnessed a good friend of mine build a rental property. The entire roof was about 40 square meters, that would be about a 5-6 hour job with brothers that I know in America. It took them three damn days and they "worked" all day. When I arrived at her place around noon, she finished up cooking for these THREE men, they had accomplished about as much as I could have done working ALONE. Africans employing other Africans and paying them only enough to eat each day is actually slavery👀🙄. Being able to quote different books and cite different references doesn't make anyone intelligent either. Doing the same thing for thousands of years and it has zero improvement on your quality of life, infrastructure, social order, economy, or education kinda makes an individual AND a group look stupid. I can almost guarantee that ancient Africans were not sitting on their ass saying look at all this food we have when they built the pyramids, irrigation systems, charted the stars, and educated the Europeans in math, sciences, social order, religion, and even how to properly bathe themselves. But CLASSISM allows certain privileged groups in Africa to justify and continue benefiting INDIVIDUALLY from the good life that the status quo provides them.

I really don't think it's about race, but wealth. In more wealthy areas there's more education and people are smarter than those in less advantaged areas. You'll see poor blacks and whites have similar intelligence, and rich blacks and whites have similar intelligence as well.
That is not true. There are a lot of poor intelligent black people subjugated to poverty. Similarly, most wealthy whites aren’t intelligent, but they are knowledgeable enough to hire intelligent people to maintain their wealth.

Since you are talking about language; those with their own written languages were already ahead. If Africa was left alone longer maybe they would have developed their own writing ( talking about most places, some places like Ethiopia had it).
