NRL Fan here, always follow the english and french rugby league comps. Glad to hear the stories from this GB legend and I'm hopeful to see revitalized GB team in my life time just as it was in the 70s and 80s.
Rugby league should really bring a documentary film out about players like Schofield and Hanley and Edwards etc and the impact they had on the game - there’s a lack of rugby league stories and documentaries out there would love to see more come out about careers of our great players
You mean when they binned him off so they could become the most politically correct podcast in existence with fifteen justified and righteous listeners every week? 🤣
As great as all the best players Mr Schofield named he played against as well as with, he was easily equal to them all. Displayed skilled, toughness, grit, will and leadership.
Schofield is my all-time favourite player. What I can't understand about this podcast is that the direction suddenly switches from Schoey's career, to taking about current training methods at Wigan. They never come back to him and the listener misses out on some of the most important international moments of his career - the 1990 tour of NZ, the 1990 Ashes series, the great '92 win in Melbourne, not to mention more on his time at Leeds including two Challenge Cup Finals.
Some players was gary he had it all,and a great career to boot. I love the fact he speaks his mind, as real bloke should do, but too many tow the party line.
Love Garry Schofield - met him a few times as a kid and have his autographs too - was one of my childhood sporting heroes at Leeds RL and Rugby League

Great to see Gary on the mend❤
Gary Schofield. From Sydney Australia loved Gary with the Tiger's and The magpies. Magnificent player highly respected by the Aussies.
Good to see the legend back on CZcams 😁
Great to see schoey back, would love to see him back on every week. Always honest whether you agree or disagree, but always entertaining
Great to see Gary on the podcast, criminally undervalued by the sport! Absolute legend.
Love listing to Schoey, was great on forty20 every week. Bring him back
The legend! Forty/20 went right off a cliff when he binned it off

My hero growing up watching Leeds Rlfc . Unbelievable player & absolute Legend of the game.
action packed as always
Bloody hell, Gary Schofield!
Can we have Schoey on every week please 🙏
Schoey hasn't got an off switch. Brilliant.

What position would you play in Morden game Garry ? And what team would you like to play in .
He would be a 6 still I think @jossratcliffe8908
I can REASSURE YOU Schoeys famous line
Boy o boy can he assure you
No stupid haircuts and biscuits….how refreshing!
Hercules couldn't do 100 reps at 100kGs Martin 👀😂💪
The Hull derby was embarrassing, very low quality game.
The 10 metre rule has ruined flair play such as chip over the top & dummies.
