Internship program 2023 Hemofarm foundation

The internship program ‘You Can Do it’ is a unique three-week development program for young people who are in their final year of studies at the faculties of medicine, pharmacy, technology and biology in Serbia and an opportunity to gain practical work experience by working with Hemofarm Group experts. Many of today's leaders started their career journey within our program, including our colleagues from Hemofarm.
The internship program, which this year took place in Vršac and Belgrade during June and July, was an opportunity for our scholarship holders to get to know the company, its way of doing business and its values through lectures held by experts, while working with mentors included the opportunity for additional professional guidance by observing activities at some work posts.
The internship program is part of the Hemofarm Foundation Program for Education, which has been implemented for 30 years. So far, support was provided to more than 3,700 young experts who are currently working in the Hemofarm Group or institutions of the healthcare system in Serbia.
