I use colored pouches to designated resources. Red medical. Black sharps, Blue water filters things like that. Takes finding one step further. I really like those pouches. Thanks.
You can also use heat shrink on the zipper pulls to color code other pouches ...
I like that idea.
A majority of my pouches on my belt and such have velcro on them. I have velcro patches on them so that I, and whoever I'm with, can easily identify what is where. The reason being myself and the people I plan to bug out with are all ex military and we trust each other, and we all prep of course. Our kits may be assembled differently but we can still work together.
@Marcco that is a genuine concern that I myself need to address with my stuff because I do still keep some loose for work.
I too late like to be organized, problem is, I can't remember what pouch or box, even when numbered. Getting old is a pain.
Shoe goo Velcro to the pouch and create name strips for the pouches in or a color code the system.

A handy tip for this is to use ziplock freezer bags to put your stuff in within your pack. I have just been doing this in my laptop backpack I use when travelling ie: laptop charger, phone recharging stuff etc all in separate bags you can pull out of your back. There's nothing worse than loads of cables tied up in a mess in your pack and then you have to unravel them when you're on the move.

For those of us making below a living wage hit up your Goodwills and other thrift stores for camera pouches. I work for GW and we get a ton of them as phones replace more and more cameras
I use in my go bag zip lock bags or vacuum sealed bags and in my outer most pocket I keep a up to date inventory sheet for quick reference

I like the layout of this pouch versus my Maxpedition pouch; I use it for a small tool pouch in my EDC bag. I need a bigger pouch but really need a few more.

I'd love to have a PicoFire Pro with the hook side of the hook and loop patch attached. That way, I could slap it onto my EDC backpack in a split second, and take it off when I need it without fooling around with Molle attachments. As it is, it's meant for patches, which I wouldn't attach, with this pouch being so small.
Great for cargo pockets, must more comfortable than loose stuff in your pockets and easier to get at if you do carry may items in the same pocket.

What lower price wrist watch do you recommend for EDC and the outdoorsman.
You really can’t go wrong with any G-Shock. For something more outdoorsy, check out Casio’s “Twin Sensor” digital compass watch. For a more traditional analog dive-style watch, the Casio MDV106 “Duro” is great!

This was my first Roaring Fire purchase. I'm pretty disappointed with the quality and the fact that it's not made in the U.S.A. I'm sure that I'll find a use for it but the build quality gives me pause about ordering their tool rolls.
I'm sorry to hear that. There's this outdoor and camping shop in an "exclusive" mall where I reside. It's stock with Chinese products and only a few items I can call cool enough to purchase.
