    Eid Special Digestive Chutney Written Recipe With Directions
    Ingredients:
    -Onion (piyaz) 1/2 sliced
    -Garlic (lehsan) cloves 4
    -Black pepper corns (kali mirch) 3 tbs
    -Cooking oil 3 tbs
    -Tomato ketchup 2 tbs
    -Water (pani) 3 cup
    -Chicken powder 1 tbs
    -Jaggery (gur) 1 tbs
    -Corn flour 1.5 tbs
    -Butter (makhan) 1 tbs
    Directions:
    -In a chopper, add onion and garlic. Chop well.
    -In a spice mixer, add black pepper corns and grind well.
    -In a pan, add cooking oil and heat it.
    -Add chopped onion and garlic. Cook it for 2-3 mins on medium flame.
    -Add tomato ketchup. Stir it.
    -In a bowl, add water and chicken powder (or you can use chicken/beef/mutton stock).Mix well.
    -Add stock to chutney and cook it on medium flame for 8-10 mins.
    -Add ground black pepper and jaggery. Mix and cook well for 5 mins.
    -In a bowl, add corn flour and water. Mix well.
    -Gradually, add this prepared corn flour and water mixture to chutney until the chutney is thicken while continuously stir the hand beater.
    -Cook it for 2-3 mins.
    -Add buttter and cook it for 1 min.
    -Bring it out to a bowl and let it cool.
    -Serve and enjoy!
    Tips and Tricks:
    -You can safe this in air tight glass jar for 2 months in refrigerator (not freezer).
