Hi Holly 👋🏻 so glad you're feeling better❤️ In Pilates your "suck up" exercise is called a 'pike' it's still called this wether your using a roller, exercise ball or just a slippery surface. I absolutely love them 💖 And the exercise where you bring your knees to your chest are called 'curl-ins' ❤️

okay I just need to say this out loud but I am having my smoothie bowl whilst watching your video (I always watch at least one before I start working for an extra boost of motivation) and seeing you work with your bullet journal the way you do got me so inspired! I have been so caught up with the brush pen and all fancy stuff out there that I have been kinda nervous to create the page on my bullet journal but now have got the simplest, easiest, and functional way of doing it, thanks to you!! I literally got a stress fracture from running once BUT I couldn't feel it so I PRed by a minute at the last race of XC season. Got the call that day from the dr. I went to see two weeks prior that I had to be put in a cast. It sucked so much. Thank goodness it's not that

Hey Holly! When you said you’re transferring things to do for the next week, you could try a running to-do list/Rolling Lists :) google it and see if it works for you! It works wonders for me in my bullet journal- after years of experimenting, I finally found what works and I hope you’ll find yours soon, too! Loved the video as usual ❤️
Your hair is beautiful, however, I highly recommend you substitute shampoo with cowash and see how you like it for your hair. I think it will reduce the frizz and enhance your curls
