But I wonder if it is enough to do part time study about 3hrs a day since I’m thinking to start full time job in different industry, which is not related with accounting. The more I research abt Acca I’ve got close to realism. I’m very hesitating cos to get ACCA qualification, it requires much of money and I am not sure if I could balance the time to work and study at the sametime😅 I need your honest advice. Is my plan reasonable?

So, that being said - you can do anything you set your mind to and you will for sure be able to pass, you will just have to sacrifice other things in your life!

I am just about to finish my master degree in business administration, finished my bachelor in business as well and did 2 internships at EY (audit company). My local Chartered Accountancy course forces me to give either 4 or 8 exams together and the exams only happen once every 6 months. This has me stuck cuz I gotta clear them together (like 2 groups of 4 papers, so 4 papers together) and if I don't clear them all, I fail everything and have to give them again. I'm thinking of moving to ACCA since it'll let me give one exam at a time. Like in my last attempt I cleared 5 out of 8 papers but it doesn't matter since I didn't pass them all.

in my country ICAI CA qualification is very hard like 10% pass rate compared to the ACCA which is flexible and a bit easy with 50% pass rate I was able to score 44 in my SBR in first attempt that too my second professional paper but ill try in my next attempt to pass the exam it is easier doing ACCA than CA in my country.

AI will play a heavy role in processing transactions in the short to medium term . Yes it is a tool, but a very capable and a powerful tool. Most of the routine work , AI will do faster and accurately. It is like robots that were first introduced in early 1950 in Germany. But how many countries other than the developed WEST ever make use of robots ? not very many , today . 2023. If you want to be an expert Book-keeper with ACCA, you will be heading for extinction, like the type-writers or Yellow pages of the old age, now almost extinct. Do not ever underestimate the power of machine learning that is embedded in AI. It has taken over the JOB of routine works of many in the medical field, so what makes the field of Accountancy immune from take over ? NONE !
