Timi i see what you have done here. That child drapped in the blood stained Nigerian flag is powerful symbolism.
You represent those amongst us who are bold enough to challenge wickedness in high places. Inspite of the cruel beatings, the patriot refused to give up on his country.
Both patriot and nation were still standing at the end whilst the oppressors were no where to be found.
    Nigeria will rise again!

Who is stopping you? Follow Jesus not religion. A song must not call the name Jesus before you can listen to it. Nothing is wrong with inspirational/ motivational music. Pls free yourself, those shackles are not from Jesus!

    • @oma7698

No one is “allowing” or disallowing Christians to do anything. Unless you’re in a cult or working for your own righteousness under the Law. The Bible says, “Let everyone be fully persuaded in what they do.” (Romans 14: 5). I.e. do/don’t do something from personal understanding and conviction, not because someone allows/disallows it. And in Colossians 1:9, the prayer is to “be filled with the knowledge of God’s will,” rather than having someone else interpret God’s will for you. You have God’s word as your diagnostic test. ❤

Better is subjective. I'm Nigerian. I lived in Ghana for a few years. There's something uninhibited about the Ghanaian sound that I love. Music is universal and meant to be enjoyed by whomever can appreciate what goes into making it. I've also found that I don't enjoy listening to the current Nigerian music as much as I enjoyed the ones made about 10 years ago. Our music has changed so much and in my opinion lacks a certain depth.

It means a joyful child and that perfectly describe Nigerians. A people who have and are currently facing severe economic hardship with little hope of a better future. A country filled with talented and brilliant people but who are held back by wicked, ruthless and selfish set of people who are represented as the oppressors.
Omo Ayo refers to people who hustle and struggle in the morning but party at night. Those whose spirit can never be broken no matter what they face or pass through.
