Filipino Steamed Cake | Filipino Kakanin

Kakanin is an umbrella term for Filipino sweets and one of them is "put0" I can't really put it as a title nor spell it correctly because in some language the word put0 is quite offensive but if you are from the Philippines it is nothing but a sweet and fluffy dessert or snack that you can enjoy anytime of the day! It is super easy to make, watch this video to know how!
Ingredients are:
1 1/2 cup cake flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup sugar
Pinch of salt
1 cup water
whites of 4 large eggs
1 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 cup sugar
Salted egg
Cheese

rolling boil po ba or medium to low heat lang? thank you

High heat po sa regular stove. Pero kung heavy duty na stove ang gamit nyo, I suggest medium heat lang. Basta kulong kulo na po yung tubig sa steamer bago isalang.
