きゅうりを蒸留する際、特有のえぐみや苦味を懸念していたのだが、蒸留水にはまったく感じられず、きゅうりの青々とした爽やかな香りを抽出することが出来た。レモンジュースに添加して、より飲みやすく夏らしいさわやかなドリンクに。
When distilling cucumber, I was concerned about the characteristic gruel and bitterness, but the distilled water was not sensed at all and I could to extract the lush, refreshing flavour of cucumber. Added to lemon juice, it makes a more drinkable and refreshing summer drink.
