- Wow! I remember some colleagues and I were working in Germany and rented Audi's. After driving them, I was hooked. I recall one of them having bluish HID's and we loved it.
Fast forward.....
I have had my S5 (Magma) for 10 yrs now and had one of my lights replaced at the dealer in Denver. Great service, but it cost me over $200 for the bulb and labor. This was the passenger side.
It has been about 6yrs since then and was pricing them locally/dealerships. The prices were running from about $130 and up. AutoZone recommended checking out Amazon - boy was I surprised.
I got both of these bulbs for less than half of what I would have paid for at a big box store. $43.29

Watched some videos on CZcams became CZcams certified. LOL.
After playing with it for over 30minutes I could not get the D/S light assembly completely out. So, I removed the rubber cover and replaced it while it was still in the car. I was able to do the same on the passenger side after moving the air intake out of the way. Hope this helps 1 or more of you out there who are fans of having nice things, but not paying top dollar for them:)
Dude thank you!!! Was about to pull the whole light out then thought I should look this up first after seeing the rubber! Saved me a lot of time/cursing 🙏
@@jonengels1578 your most welcome 😁. I'm always looking for short cuts
You just saved me a whole lotta money my man✌🏼✌🏼
That's what I'm talking about. My intent was to help at least one person out there in the world. LOL. I am very greatful to have learned a lot from CZcams University and wanted to give back to the community.
I tried to create a link in Amazon Reviews, but they would not let me.
@Piip3ss Can you please tell me how you found this video?
How are the bulbs? Lifespan?
Not sure what the lifespan is on these bulbs, but they are still working well. The bluish tint in them does not always look obviously blue, but when I am parked in front or shining the light on something that has a light or white color in it, the blue shows and looks very sexy.
@@wolfmanracquetball is the actual light from the bulb blue or is it like those lighter orange colour
@@phoenixxfatality2743 the bulb has a bluish color coming out of the it. Does this answer your question?
Here is the link to the bulbs I bought. I only needed one, but replaced both. Did not want mismatching "eyes".
