This should actually be done in each and every election be it the state assembly election, lok sabha election and this, only then corrupt practices such as proxy voting and flexing of muscle power and authority may decrease to a certain degree, I second this measure even in the future.
Let that be a lesson to the community leaders, if you are unable to take control of the situation, Thats when the law takes its own course which is fair and just. Just a simple example on how Presidents rule comes to its force.

GB and chairman help is needing in maintaining peace and smooth running of voting but they should also keep in mind that they should be neutral and purely work for all the people not party. People respect the power and task given to them not the person so if they do according to law and rules they should be given respect. If people against them, they should know there may be a reason and try to find out the reason and who knows some GB and chairman may be working against the law and rules. If they work against law and rules people will go against them.
