To be fair...I rarely like any kind of flavor syrup or creamer in my coffee. I usually drink it black (hot or cold) or have cold brew, and very occasionally do a latte with only one pump of syrup. It isn't just Dunkin that overly sweetens their coffee; plenty of independent shops do the same.
I mean if they did sponsor it, it'd most likely them putting words and reviews in his mouth and not letting him being honest. The whole point is to be honest on how the place is
They should sponsor the video and watch it.
What a missed opportunity of collecting feedback from thousands of people by inserting a questionnaire in the description. If Keith asked us, at least 10% of the viewers would definitely answer it.
If I was the owner, I would want to hear the negative feedback more than anything else.
And also: sponsoring this video would have showed us that they are confident on their menu and brand.

He actually explained the difference between a cappuccino and a latte incorrectly. Both have foam, but a latte has a higher percentage of steamed milk, where as the cappuccino has equal parts of the three components.
To the proceed to utterly murder the concept of an Americano. If you call it a "watered down espresso" you dont deserve to name it. The watered out bullshit is what everybody does because they are to cheap to buy what you actually need to make a decent Americano and nobody wanna wait 10 mins for a coffee.
Dude baristas get unusually angry about this stuff lol I once tried ordering a macchiato once from a smaller coffee shop when I was super hungover and the barista goes "you KNOW what a macchiato is RIGHT?" And I was like "Yeah sure, can I order it?" And he goes "It's not like a starbucks drink buddy" and I'm just standing there with cash in my hand like I JUST NEED CAFFEINE while he aggressively explained what a macchiato is. We literally got in a full on argument because I just wanted to pay the guy for coffee and he kept yelling at me about macchiatos.
There is no one single ratio for the cappuccino, that's highly contested even in the professional barista community.

The one thing I don't like is his comparison of the latte and cappuccino. Yes, in my opinion the main difference is foam, but the volume for a traditional cappuccino is different. Traditionally, the cappuccino is roughly 6oz max--it's a small drink! At some point, the amount of foam didn't even matter, the cappuccino was just a milk coffee beverage of a certain size. I know this is an old comment but I'm taking the opportunity to get this off my chest.

I grew up in Quincy, MA where every other person worked at a DD at some point (yes, including me). I can confirm that the hot chocolate is made with water and not cream or even milk. It really is super rich, but that’s just from the mix itself.

Jopeymess Music it makes sense to me. I live in New England and I crave dunkins for months, then I break down and get it, and instantly remember I hate how sugary everything is and vow to not go again. Then the cycle starts over again. It is an existential crisis.

Same. The refresher course was super helpful. I can never remember what a macchiato or an americano is, cause we never sell them. And then that ONE person orders one, and you panic trying to remember what it is.
