We Shias also have references which say that Fasting on the 10th of Muharram has a great Fazeelat. However these references were from before Karbala and after Karbala Banh Umayyah marked the day of Ashura as the day of happiness since they were celebrating their victory in Battle of Karbala (which really was a defeat). So many of our Imams forbade fasting on 9th and 10th of Muharram. We instead keep a faqa on those days.

Imam Ali RA did not possess the abilities of his grandfather, thus we should not follow him. Yes are ready to speak about prophets and other figures in the Quran like Dul Qhar nain and Khidr but you don't consider the household which Rasool SAW loved so dearly important LOL OK and then you keep speaking about Sahabas and how their stories are important
No. Fasting has no effect on sins. Sins can only be forgiven by the mercy of Allah if the sinner sincerely repents. Fasting has nothing to do with it; they’re just taking the “easy” (mostly false) way out and wishfully thinking it’ll be effective for them. Hope this helps.

He was also gifted a slave from the byzantine king in which he also freed but they fell in love and married, he would free many slaves. the prophet was kind to every one he would never eat until he feeds those who are hungry and if he was hungry he would just go to sleep if he did eat he would mosty eat dates (the dryed fruit) if you have more questions I would be happy to answer them and sorry for my rude comment god bless

No-one thinks Thomas Jefferson was a 'divinely guided messenger of god" whose perfect example should be followed by all mankind, for all time. But you have to believe the sunnah is both perfect and eternal. Just as good today as back then. So how would you respond is someone captured your female relatives, sold them as property, and then they were "used" in bed by their new owners? Is that OK for you? Your cult founder owned a female slave for this purpose. Do you know her name?
