Thank you I had one similar to this one and then I purchase this one thinking I had purchased my original one I needed it for PRP and you were the only one who clarified the speed. Not even the website clarified it in a little manuscript they gave, didn't clarify the speed. Thank you so much now I can do the PRPs again.
I don't understand what you mean.... if you only have one vial of blood to spin, you need to put more in the opposite vial? Do you have to put water in there?
Here is a link to the manual: images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/I/51XIlOzQLaL.pdf . I don't see the manufacturer selling replacement rotors. I think it would be a challenge finding a rotor that would hold 50ml tubes and still be compatible with the centrifuge's dimensions and motor capacity. It is likely that even if you could find the above, it would cost more than the centrifuge itself, so it would likely be more cost effective to buy a centrifuge designed more closely to your specifications.
@@arnoldsolofare you still happy with this machine? Some people say the cheaper machines overheat have you experienced this? I’m only using it for PRF & PRP occasionally.
If you are referring to Platelet Rich Plasma, then I think yes. There are many protocols for preparing PRP. You would need to select speeds and times that match your selected protocol and select a protocol within the capabilities of the centrifuge and for the targeted platelet density. Also, the included centrifuge tubes are open, non-sterile plastic inserts with a capacity of 25ml to the brim. Depending on how much PRP you need you might need to use several tubes at a time. You would need to get sterile (or sterilizable tubes) to use for this. In my practice I have no need for PRP. I've just been using the centrifuge for soil sample testing.
@@arnoldsolof hi, thank very much for your explanation. But I have a question... what about PRF? Platelet Rich in Fibre? Can be done also with this machine ? Thank you !
@@jocelinecarmonelli3088 I searched and found a protocol for using a tabletop centrifuge for PRF. 10 minutes at 3000 RPMs. So the centrifuge can do that. You would need a supply of sterile tubes to hold the samples.
@@arnoldsolof I am so pleased you replied. Yes I know about the sterilised tubes, thank you. And about the PRP? Do you know ? HI have used this for PRP?
please tell me the rpm and minutes

Yes. You put equally weighted tubes opposite each other to keep it balanced.
Thank you for the review I subscribed
How can I do PRF with this machine? Help me please thanks

Can you change the rotor from 20 mL Tube to a 50 ml?

Do you know what is the spin radius for this centrifugal machine?
I'd estimate it to be about 110 mm. I'd have to partially disassemble it to get a more accurate measurement.
@@arnoldsolof thank you so much 😊
What kind of tubes do you us? Would falcoln 15mL work? Anyone know?
I use the tubes that came with the centrifuge. I don't know about the falcoln 15ml tubes
doesn't seem to support 10ml tubes. only 20ml
Get an adapter 20 to 10 ml. If you are having trouble finding them you could print them.
It doesn’t state what levels it spins at. I need 3000
0 - 4000 RPM
Where can we order. ?

Can we make PRP wth this machine ?
Yes. You would just need sterile inserts and your speed/time recipe.
@@arnoldsolofare you still happy with this machine? Some people say the cheaper machines overheat have you experienced this? I’m only using it for PRF & PRP occasionally.
Yes, but I don't use it that frequently. Just a few times a year for soil analysis. So I can't vouch for its durability.@@The_Crusty_Old_Hag_Next_Door
