- Hi, I'm a Pakistani CZcamsr. I went to Shawala Teja Singh Temple in Sialkot Pakistan. It is probably 1000 year old Hindu temple. I had mixed feelings watching this extra ordinary structure. It was beautiful but my heart broke when I found out its totally ruined and nobody is taking care of this asset. I feel bad for Hindu Community who lives in Sialkot. I wish it was operational so people could come here and pray. We should act as a responsible nation and preserve these beautiful temples for they are part of our culture and history.

Its called Shawala Teja Singh Temple. Its located near Allama Iqbal Road. Basically you ask around and take a left from main bazar road and go straight till you find it.

If this was Masjid & that too in India, our government happily renovate it with government fund. The temple is old and we can see the condition of the old temple. This indicates the situation of minorities in Pakistan. So sad.

singh surname of rajpoot Hindu surname teja must be Hindu have you seen movie shole the decoit name was gabbar Singh and thakur name was thakur baldev singh before partition Hindu and Sikh was one unit teja singh might be Sikh many Sikh goes to Hindu temples too.

I was not ashamed, I just did not have any evidence on how old this temple is. No other reason my friend. And yes most of the muslims living in Pakistan used to be Hindus and Christians. There is no denying on that.
@@junaidsyedfilms sir but the condition of temple is very bad .once upon a time so many temples are there .Multan is the city of temple .khyer apki kya galti batwara ne sab kuch barbad kar dya .any way .
@@neetalabh6192 Basically after partition, Hindus either migrated to India or moved to southern side of Pakistan. So most of the temples in northern side are not in use. But that's not an excuse. Such buildings are assets and should be preserved and taken care of.
