Looking back on this, max had valid reasons to think so and had some accurate examples with Kobe, Peyton and Jeter. Brady ended up breaking the pattern proving him to be greater and different than everybody else
Yeah that’s all true and valid. I think the backlash comes from people who’ve watched all of Tom’s games over the years. Like patriots fans. Ive seen nearly every game he’s played and some of them multiple times over. Me and many others been saying as early back as 2010 tom was gonna play the longest of anyone and be the GOAT. If you actually take a close look at his entire career (with the benefit of some hindsight) he truly was noticeably different even in the earliest of years
