I think that butterfly is a gift from the artist. I got a doll directly from the artist a few years back and it came with a nice little creature sewed up in floral fabric. It was beautiful. She is so beautiful! Congratulations!

She is very beautiful but, I find her arm and leg creases over filled and too dark on my screen anyway, but the face and feet are perfect.
