8. Run l4,l5,l6 in 15 minutes frequently
9. Do each sessions 30 mins
10. Minimum 9 sessions/day with 30 mins
11. Dont do in high speed
12. Dont do more than 30 mins
13. Dont skip the sessions
14. Store extra milk in fridge

I gave expressed milk to my baby for two days by bottle as i had sore nipples. Third day my baby refused to take my nipples.. Once every 3hrs pump panna, how can we feed the baby directly? Yes you can ... I’m not sure about tissue damage... but while pumping we should not pump in Max suction ..always pump in medium suction mode... in my personal experience medium suction mode with proper breast massaging while pumping lead to more milk extraction compared to high suction mode.... when u pump in high suction mode we may get sore nipple or improper flange size would let mild pain ... 8 to 10 session pumping is for about three to 5 weeks for establishing milk supply.. once milk supply is well established can channelize milk supply to 7 sessions... this is my routine .. sessions can be added or reduced based on milk production and baby’s need ...

Definitely is good to use if it matches ur nipple diameter... check whether breast shield of luvlap matches ur nipple diameter.. if it matches definitely u can pump enough milk for baby without formula milk.. all the best AVJ🙌🏻😀

Hi madam! I am a excl pumping mom my son is one month old! I am giving combination feed along with enfamil stage 1 as recommended by doc ( started formula from his 15 days old) , i am planning to wean off my pumping session to twice per day like morning and evening alone , how much milk can be produced if i do pumping session only by morning and night ? I am planning to increase the formula feed since he completed one month, i am feeling exhausted and painful coz of pumping always i cudnt able to spend time with my baby 😢 thats why i took this decision ! If you want to completely replace formula milk with your breast milk for ur baby u need to get an double electric breast pump ; before that if you want to know whether you have milk or you can keep pumping as the only job and family will do rest of the house hold chores .. you can use Manual pump .. in that too flange should match ur nipple diameter .. try to pump 25 mins on each side … after 2 hours try in the side you started first in last session.. you can make it .. this is kind of an hard work but not impossible.. I would suggest as of now go with the pump you have but check ur nipple diameter and get right pump and flange for you .. hope this helps.. don’t think or worry much just start pumping.. but don’t reduce breast feeding for baby since pumping ..
