This was a great, and chilling, old Twilight Zone episode. Three space explorers are killed in a crash on an unknown planet---only two of them come to realize they are actually dead, but the captain refuses to accept it. What I could never understand was why it was that the captain had the power to drag the other two men's spirits along with him? After all, they had accepted the truth, and wanted to move on. Why was the captain able to hold them from their afterlife?
