    Balbacua is a very popular dish originated in Cebu brought by the Spaniards. It is made from oxtail or ox feet with skin. This kind of dish is not only best for lunch or dinner but also good for "pulutan" or booze appetizercan. The long process of cooking balbacua is meat become tender and the sauce become thick makes it tasty.
    In this video will show you our owned version on how to cook balbacua. Although it's just almost the same process and ingredients but here in our place we are using purely beef skin with a little bit sourie taste and we call this BALBACUA - Cagayan de Oro style.
