Lets not imagine that all the people from all the different cultures and nations present the same crime risk.
Discipline in the home and schools has also gone from society. Spanking a child is now seen as much of a crime as stabbing someone and after the banning of corporal punishment schools have gone soft. No deterrent in stiff sentences from the courts and perpetrators can just shout mental health and get away with it. People do these things because there are no stiff consequences.
Nothing will happen except it will get worse and worse, there is no political courage to discuss the real issues.

This is stuff I've seen in prison and it's always black gangs.
I train weapons, I'm not sure how long it will be before normal guys in suits start carrying knives. If it was legal I'd carry 2 non folders like I trained with.

Violent crime and in particilar knife crime has been getting progressively worse since Tony Blair opened the borders (continued under the coalition and Tory governments) and it's a certain demographic that disproportionately commits such crimes. Until we can talk openly about the problem it will continually get wors because it will never be addressed.
I used to carry a locking knife from when I was 9 until I was 25 just like most people that was born in the eightys and almost no one got stabbed, so what has happened over the last 30 years for things to get this bad?

These kids / youths are being brought up in front of consoles with games like G T A & Call of Duty etc where killing is the main focus of the game, ultimately making them think this is normal behaviour in life, there is also of course the breakdown of the traditional family structure over the last 30-40 years .
When do you see kids outside playing normally now??? I was brought up in the 80’s & like my predecessors I was out playing- getting up to no good as kids did back then, being told to go out & play etc by my parents- this doesn’t happen now, the only time I see kids about now is when they are on there way to & from school, don’t see or hear of any usually on their school holidays- they are mostly in doors in front of a screen……
