Everything from the text of what people are saying to the close ups of the medical UI to the text stating that the banging sound is something being breached. I appreciate CZcamsrs like you and Let's Game It Out who put this kind of effort into things. There's way too many quantity over quality CZcamsrs who just smash shit in the game and say nonsense over it then edit in a meme picture along with a stock sound effect that they use ten times a video and call it a day with no real effort or care put into it.
