Does the university ranking matter for uk tier 4 visa approval? Will choosing to go to an average uni like Sheffield Hallam affect visa decision?

Sir, I did not receive any email indicating that my visa application had been refused. However, when I checked my passport, I saw a stamp with the date 23rd November 2023 indicating that my visa application had been received. The authorities then informed me that my visa had been rejected. I did not receive any email or letter regarding the rejection. What should I do, sir?
Also, I am worried if this rejection will have any impact on my UK student visa application. For your information, the visa type that I applied for was a tourist visa.

Doing PhD is good reason, but you might need to effectively bring out in your statement of purpose why you want to do PhD and whether it has deep connection with your career vision.

@@vinesh9140 If you are going for a specialization that would complement your career growth then this would be an acceptable answer.
What about the post work visa like if they ask what are your plans after completing this course so how would we mention that we will use the post work visa as an opportunity to try and repay the loan amount and gaining the job knowledge , I mean how should we address this part while they ask about repayment of the loan .

If our previous qualification ( BSE ) , is not get connected with applied course (MBA ). So what should we say, sir ?
Normally any education can be linked to MBA(unless you are targeting a specific Major). After doing BSE if I would like to do managerial jobs in a similar field, a MBA qualification would help. It also helps if you intend to start your own business.
