That scene was meant to foreshadow her signature "double shadow" technique. In the context of "Eight Leaves One Blade" school, Shizuna has somewhat unique possition: on one hand, she uses its well-known standard forms like helix (1st form), gale (2nd form) or morning moon (5th form) while at a same time being a practitioner of the 0th form (Duality) which links her to the mysterious "Black God One Blade" tradition (this can be somehow connected to the weird powers of her odachi and the sheath containing its cursed energy, although at this point in the story, we still don't have enough details regarding this particular topic).
I mean it makes sense Calvard is based on japan..it’s where all the school of the eastern is taught like Taito martial art school and obviously where Rean master is
@@PrincessTwilightdash Actually, Calvard is mainly based on France. You can see the references with Edith being based on Paris, the relationship with Erebonia referencing France and Germany's own relationship, and Sheena Dirke basically being the Zemurian equivalent to Joan of Arc.
Dude, calm the fuck down! I'm a Unisuga fan just as much as the next guy. I've been a Trails fan ever since Sky FC. Kuro just has a different vibe. Many different types of music needs to accomodate the many different settings in Calvard.
@@YourVinished I honestly don't think the music in Kuro are as bad as your scores. The team has to accomodate the many different cultures in Calvard. You're not gonna get all badass shredding from guitars and violins anymore. I see in your channel you have a bias towards the more classical rock renditions of jdk.

@@waypastlame imo 3rd is just nothing but fanservice, sure it ties some loose ends but i think it doesnt progress the main plot by much. 1st is a super long prologue to the whole series and even though its recommended to start from here, a lot ppl deem it too slow and "nothing major happen", even the music track is not the greatest in the series. i must say only 2nd is actually worth recommending cs has a lot problems, but i think is better than 1-3rd in general, cs4 is a decent ending to the whole west zemuria saga i guess azure is the only one i think "really good"
