    I honestly don't get why people moan about the ghost date! I mean on a budget watch it's fine

      100% on a budget it's nothing at all to be concerned with

    This one's a decent alternative for those on a budget and good to see that it's available on some extra colours you don't normally see from other brands.

    I mean you really can’t beat it for the price the specs your getting on a automatic Watch definitely would but it’s a nice watch

    I think it’s a tidy watch, the thing about the rivets is interesting, adjusting 100s of watch straps every year as I do ( for the wife’s eBay watch emporium), I find split pins the simplest and easiest. With my gorilla sized wrist I am likely to scratch the bracelet with a screwdriver.

    I have a soft spot for cadisen, they where my first AE purchase and that piece is still going strong and is as enjoyable today as the first time I wore it....visually I like this one, there's only two things for me....first 38mm skin divers just look odd on my wrist so in that regard it's a no unfortunately....second, the screw pins, form over function most folk will only see it once, set and forget personally I agree with you, I'd rather go with splits or standard screws....as far as the movement is concerned I'm easy, at this price whatever they can get the best deal on an NH for to save us money is ok with me....more expensive brands do it where we pay the extra so that they shouldn't compromise....🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿⌚🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿⌚

      I think its just a strange choice on the screws, why over complicate it when the other options are there?

    Well I’m glad this colour is still popular because I’m going to be wearing mine this winter in the snow in Canada.
    It definitely looks like a lighter powder blue than my more minty aquamarine tactical frog colour

    • @JasonTheWatchGuy
      @JasonTheWatchGuy  Před rokem +1

      Definitely on the lighter side but I think it's that ideal shade for winter

    I have another brand with a similar screw pin. It was a nightmare to size!
    That is a nice looking watch.

    Great review. Please review Cadisen 62mas and Pagani Doxa. Thanks!

    I like the smaller size, well I mean my daughter will like the smaller size. We both love the retro submariner look. Another great review but without the guest performance.

    I like it.
    I like that it has no date,I think that Pagani has wiped the floor with pretty much everything they produce,to be honest.
    Thing is though,these type of homage watches were half the price only a couple of years ago…
    Prices have all gone a bit daft for everything,lately,especially for things that people don’t really need…like another watch…

    I still reckon the original San Martin retro diver is the best of the vintage style subs. A bit more expensive but worth it for the standard of finish.

    • @JasonTheWatchGuy
      @JasonTheWatchGuy  Před rokem

      Yeh, they are still worth the price increase! The growing price is concerning however

      @@JasonTheWatchGuy agree, the pt5000 and sw200 versions have become a little over refined and pricey. The nh35 powered original is the one to have.

    You could put a set of hands on a dog turd and it would compete with Pagani.

    Happy New Year Jase, love the reviews, keep up the good work. Now then, I cannot understand why an NH35A movement is used in this Cadison, when there is an NH38A on the market from Seiko. I have the Baltany A11 with the NH38A movement which is brilliant. Maybe it might be worth a mention to the supplier. JANBOY. RN. Rtd. Thailand.

    If only they used a different set of hands... the mercedes hands are hugely overused.
