From the restaurants we tried, we would say Mardeleva. It's really well done, but it's not the Spanish style paella, it's sweeter because of the coconut.
Cartagena gets very fresh seafood so restaurants definitely have a lot of fish options. However, since we know people have different dietary needs, even in our group, we went to places that have many other options like pork, chicken, other meats and even vegan, and the video features those as well.

idk man the food i ate in cartagena was really not great except for when i was on the rosario islands
