Unfortunately , the Rogers Ballroom used to be called Battista Ballroom , Hackensack, NJ. I danced there in more than 20 years ago. the floor is on top of solid concrete. After a night of dancing there It hurt my feet very badly ! I hope they had changed it after the flooding a few years into a floating real wood floor. The world missed them so deeply in Blackpool. One of them got the stomach flu, we understand.
But the ENTIRE world look to Moscow to the World Professional Championship Oct 28,
and also to the International in London early Oct. Next year in Moscow they will get the biggest prize in hstory of ballroom dancing, 10 times and record setting world champions
-- in Katusha's hope city. Think of that. The whole world will be moved.
