It was featured in surfing world magazines issue 200 "a month on the rock" with tom caroll on the cover at sunset. 1985 haleiwa i remember cause i had my only claim to fame in that magazine a small shot of me front side aerial over the toilet bowl in color on my 5'8 squash tail "performance hawaii". Yeah baby! Ah the good old days! Welcome to hawaii kiddies!

Is this the actual soundtrack to the film or has it been changed to thwart copyright issues? I ask since the credits list the "Abecedarians" and "The Blasters" as artists to some songs in the film, yet they are not heard. Unless a few of the instrumental tracks are their songs? Your video description shows links to a song by "They Might Be Giants" and Agent Orange's "Say It Isn't True", yet neither of those songs play in the movie.
