  • This should be the same for other lawn tractors like Troy Bilt Bronco, Cub Cadet, Craftsman, Murry, Remington, Yard Machines, and MTD.
    MTD makes all of these

Good day from Ontario. Boy interesting video, especially with nylon locking nuts. Thanks

My friend had a Cub Cadet zero turn with the same type spindles and they kept coming loose. So we did this no more problem. Thanks for watching

These have sealed bearing's. The bearings can't be greased unless you pop off the plastic cover on the actual bearing. I found out the hard way. I just replaced the bearings with race on my old spindles.

The grease fittings ( zeros) are ok to have but in all honesty the bearings are SEALED , meaning you would be greasing a hollow aluminum hub as there is no way for the grease to get into the bearings , but simply pulling the spindle off and removing the jackshaft will allow you to be able to pop the round grease seal off the bearing and then grease it by hand as you toll it and pack the bearing with new high quality disc brake bearing grease !

The brging has plastic cover on them, take the time to take apart and remove the cover towards the center of spindle
They will last 10/20 years if greased once or twice a year
It’s new and easy to take apart folks
    Stop wasting money 😊😊😊
