So true. The government there allow foreign schools to offer these bright youngsters full scholarships. Then of course these schools want their investments back. Other countries like China and India sponsor their citizens so that they go back home and help to build their country's economy.

He is a natural genius with a higher functioning brain, which can only expand further and soak up more information. The parents should help encourage him more into numerics, physical science and programming.
