Clan Line back on the Pullmans! | 35028 on a loaded test run around Kent - 22.04.24

- After making a selection of light test runs round London on Friday, 35028 Clan Line would complete her mainline return with a loaded test run, using the Belmond British Pullman stock.
The trip would run over the now regular Kent circuit for Belmond's "Golden Age of travel by steam" excursions, although rather than starting and finishing at London Victoria, the train would head straight out from it's base at Stewarts Lane, travelling via Bromley, Canterbury East, Dover, Godstone and Selhurst. The train is seen powering through Edenbridge, with much whistling from DB Driver Jim Clarke.

Clan Line was the first MN I ever saw at Bournemouth West in 1963. I was so impressed - and still am!!
