We have started using misdirection in the team setting and an anchor person with a lmg. What classes do you find helpful?
Do not overcomplicate the game. Use weapons that that are easy to use and have good damage and accuracy like the AK 117, classes don't matter as much as long as your players can use them to clutch any fight or to escape form a fight
