Amazing video I could see the difference immediately. Thank you so much! I can see that you listen to your horse and that you have good horsemanship.

Thank you so much, I have tried everything, wiggle the ropes, walk to the side, smooching, but missed the tap as I often don’t have a stick with me... hopefully, THAT will work. My mare also grabs trees right into me almost knocking me out of the saddle while riding... someone told me it is a relaxed horse that eats on trail... but it is annoying and sometimes dangerous.

This guy knows what he is talking about. He is familiar with ethological principles and Pavlovian conditioning

Does this work with a very stubborn pony? :-)

I tap my horse and he doesn't move just continues to eat the grass. What can I do?

I have this exact same issue!

+Aimee Gould you're going to need to tap harder and harder repetitively until he/she moves and then release all the pressure

It’s not negotiable. When you give the indication to stop grazing he has to sop instantly. You have to “bite” him as hard as is necessary to get the correct response

It could be your position. Do exactly what you would do when you lunge, so use a longer lead rope, point then click then spin the rope. It doesn't matter where the horse goes as long as it moves. Also you don't have to copy this guy but what works for you and your horse.
