Yes I have seen your building orientation video, it is the first thing that everyone should watch who’s planning for new building; nobody will tell you about sun path in winters and summers and its effects with respect to natural light,designing window heights, place of your garden and so on.Must watch that video.

If instead of having 10 feet height of the structure we decide to go for 15 feet height. How much would the cost increase approx
It will all be an approximation but if u only increase the column height by 5 feet you may need to change the column dimension also coz usually standard columns don't go that long
You can get an estimator to provide you with a detailed estimation of item wise like increase in steel bars concrete and other necessary ingredients. Roughly around 12 to 15% more cost can be expected. Just an assumption I am saying if you don't increase the dimension but it is not advisable
Mai abhi just aapka ye video dekhna shuru kiya hai aur abhi sirf mistake 1 hi dekha hai. Mai pehle point bahut jyada sahmat hu. Mere ghar ka abhi plaster work ho rha hai. Maine kam se kam 3 ya 4 architect se 2d floor plan banwaya aur sabhi ne mere ko ye bola ki pehle 2d bana ke foundation dal do, 3d elevation toh bad ka kam hai. Lekin jab bad me mere ko 3d elevation banwane me dikkat ho rahi hai toh mere dimag me yahi chal rha tha ki sabse pehle 3d front elevation banwayo uske bad baki sab.

Simple method is to draw Plan and Elevation till final sitting with owners building modal preparation is must

Or haan engineers ka kaam hai ghar banana. Not designing. Engineers are not qualified to design a living space. Kiski poori life depend hoti h ek design pe. There's a reason ki architects ko license lena padta hai like doctors, because it's a responsible job. 🤷♂️

Ok i will answer this for you. There are roof insulating materials available on market e.g glasswool board, aluminium sheet etc. There is a very interesting method known as roof reflecting surfaces which will ease your pain a lot. Consult an expert and he will suggest you on the basis of your roof condition, orientation and budget. By the way insulating materials are not very costly and still can provide good insulation.
