- Today I'll be showing you how to use a new product called Paint Easy.
I've been experimenting with this product and I'm blown away by the gorgeous acrylic pours it produces and also puzzled at some other results that are shown in this video. The consistency of this product is very thin so less is used then your typical floetrol product.
In this video I'll also demonstrate how to mix Paint Easy with acrylic paint to get that perfect creamy consistency needed for flawless pours. You'll see me create dazzling designs that are loaded with cells and a few other brow raising moments🤣. Lastly, I'll also share pro tips along the way.

Hello Friends! I made an error in my calculations in this video. I don't know why I had it in my brain that a gallon of Floetrol was only 64oz but it is not. It is 128oz. Either way the point of the video isn't so much about the price as we all know you can buy a gallon of Floetrol at home depot for 20 bucks. The point of the price mention was that for some people they don't have access to a home depot and are forced to purchase Floetrol online where it is much more costly for them so for a quick fix you can try some of this if you want. Of course for me it is more about the results then the price. While Floetrol for me is $32 a gallon on Amazon a friend of mine in another state pays a totally different price for it so with that being said and as I mentioned in the video, this product is good as an additive to add to maybe something like a Floetrol or Australian Floetrol that is extremely expensive for us Americans and therefore we can substitute some of the good stuff with this stuff..Ill be using it as an enhancer in my paints along with my regular Floetrol. I still have a lot of testing to do with it and next week we shall see where it goes😂

Hi Tammy just checking the UK prices for the Wagner easy flow and it is £65 for 1 litre. Extremely expensive. I also pay £70 for 1 gallon of American floetrol. It is difficult in the UK at these prices
I wish I could pay $20 for Floetrol…here in Canada, we pay $56 gallon. Gonna check Paint Easy out!

This is a great experiment, and I love the way you used the triangles side-by-side. Thank you for conducting it!
It's amazing how paints blown over the more expensive base and/or covered by the expensive Golden Carbon Black paints gave, to my eye anyway, a less satisfying result. I sometimes wonder if there's ONE ingredient that changes it up, like a single filler in the black. (It's only one slight difference that turns Floetrol from the land down under into liquid gold!) I'll never have time to get the education to figure this out! You do make it easier.
I looked up the company because I wanted to see if I could buy direct. Four quarts (quarter gallons) is not affordable. So, Wagner is part of Wagner Spray Tech and Subsidiaries: "Wagner is owned by two charitable foundations with the goal of helping families and children in need in the communities where Wagner operates" which is the kind of company I buy from. "For trouble-free spraying...Thins paint without diluting." Their "Wagner Paint Easy Liquid Shield" (blue label) is about $10 at Ace or Acme, so ... 4 quarts for $40, or about double the price of US Floetrol. They're in Plymouth, MN, so no field trip :(
EDIT: For USA shoppers, the M-1 that Tammy tested waaaay back is a little less, at Home Depot.

Artist loft white always makes cells.

I do have a question not related to this particular episode. What do you have as a cover to your work surface? It looks woven, to me, sort of like a Teflon or silicone baking sheet but so much larger.

The artist loft gave you all the white cells
No that's not what caused it. That is not the same artist loft paint that causes that reaction. That would be the fluid aka soft body they sell in the bottle. This is the level 1 medium body artist loft that behaves just like Amsterdam white acrylic paint. It was the combination of paint brands that used along with the paint easy that caused this reaction . The reason the 2nd was a dud is due to the fact that I switched all paint brands and those paint brands just didn't perform the same way.
Love your channel and am learning a lot from you. Also watched your consistency video. It would be great if you told us the number on the chart that you mixed to. Is it 3-4? Or is it 2-3?
I live in Australia 🇦🇺 and yes, everything is expensive. I've only poured onto rocks and have been very disappointed. The pour curdled. Quick question. Was that a culinary torch? Is it the floetrol that makes the cells? I'm very new to art of any kind even though I'm on the other side of 60. Thank you for your tutorial ❤

Everything is so much more expensive in the UK. If I bought this from amazon it would cost £59.31,(32oz) which is even more expensive than owatrol. Such a shame.
