Siargao Island also has a lot of restaurants with different cuisines, some are pricey but there are also cheap ones. I hope you'll have time to google Siargao Island, you will love it here.

Island Tourism in the Philippines is becoming more expensive. A lot of locals are actually choosing to travel in Thailand or Vietnam now because the airfare and expenses are cheaper compared to places like Palawan/Boracay/Siargao. T_T
