This song as a special meaning for me. I listened to A LOT of epic, emotionnal etc... songs, but this one... under the circumstances where I discovered and listened to it, is one of my, if not my, favourites. Listening to it while looking at stars, lying down in the middle of an empty field makes you think about a lot of things and brings a lot of melancholia. We're not speaking about music anymore, this is something beyond that.

Hands down the best one of all the epic songs!
Cause it takes enough time to build up step by step which makes the climax of it so outstanding. Many other epic songs suffer from squeezing the best they have into your ears right away which makes it less special. It comes along as hectic and unbalanced. While this one takes serious a very important aspect not only of music but of life in general: Patience.
Lost my old Playlist and I've spent MONTHS looking for this song. I feel better now.

And as he stared at the giant ring and the uncountable amount of smaller rings around it, he felt a strange tingle. It had been many years since he was this scared, but he was gonna do it. He was gonna help save the people of Gixitalo. His ship began it's approach towards a smaller gate. He moved towards the single pilot chair and sank into it with a sigh letting the smart chair adjust to make him comfortable. He let out a breath, as he prepared for entry. He blinked hard as light shone from the ring as it charged and filled with energy in it's middle. He leaned his chair back letting autopilot take over. He was going off into the unknown to save his home, his family, and his friends he wouldn't fail them. The stars around him seemed to stretch into lines of light as he entered the jumpstream. He looked back at the faint outline of Gixitalo once more, he wasn't going to see it again for a long time.
I was working in King Abdullah Economic City in 2013 and my job was very exhausting and so I needed motivation to get my energy levels up every evening. I came across this music then and it gave me inner strength like an epic moment in a movie. I'm living a comfortable and content life now.
