Struik BioRotix 3000 overtop cultivator

The BioRotix is a overtop cultivator. The rotor of the overtop cultivator turns against the driving direction. The rotor works the soil upwards and throws it toward the rear of the machine against a spring steel bar rack. Clods and crop residues fall directly into the bottom of the seedbed and are covered by a layer of fine soil. That is the basis for a perfect seedbed.
Because the hooks are mounted in a random order on the rotor, there is no auger effect and the soil is not moved to the outside of the machine. The side plates running far to the rear and the specially formed flat scraper plate trap the soil, resulting in a nice, flat seed bed.

De BioRotix is een overtop hakenfrees. De rotor van de BioRotix 3000 overtopfrees draait tegen de rijrichting in. De rotor werkt de grond omhoog en werpt dit aan de achterzijde van de machine tegen een spijlenrek van verenstaal. Kluiten en gewasresten vallen direct onderin het zaaibed en worden toegedekt door een laag fijne grond. Dat is de basis voor een perfect zaaibed.
Doordat de haken in wildverband zijn gemonteerd aan de rotor, ontstaat er geen vijzelwerking en wordt de grond niet verplaatst naar de buitenzijde van de machine. De ver naar achteren doorlopende zijplaten en de speciaal gevormde vlaksleepplaat houden de grond opgesloten, waardoor een mooi en vlak zaaibed ontstaat.
