She reminds me of how I felt when my grandma used to have me sit on the floor so she could brush my hair. ❤
First actual tingles of my life were from getting my hair brushed.
"I do not believe in pulling hair" the gentleness in your voice was so comforting. I have always been afraid of letting others brush my hair because of how aggressive my mother was with me about it. She would start at the roots and rake down, not making any attempt to hold my hair to prevent any tugging. She would only brush harder and more aggressive once I started to cry. I didn't necessarily realize how sad it still made me to think back on. My mother has since cut me out of her life due to her own issues and alcoholism. Which makes me sad but is probably for the best. I have a daughter now. Hearing the very gentle and sweet way you introduced the hair brush made me smile. And it brought to the forefront how thats something I'm going to do differently with my little girl. Thank you for being you and sharing what you do. Your content is relaxing of course, but it also provides a peace. Thank you for helping me stop, reflect, and be mindful today 💕 Was not expecting some self realization while trying to fall back to sleep, but I'm grateful that I chose your video to relax to. My mom's stopped doing my hair I'm 16 now but when I was little she used to do the same thing didn't care if it hurt or scarred my scalp she said if I moisturized it more it wouldn't hurt as much it fuckin did no matter what moisture was in it there been times my mom has been a little toxic to...she's crazy sometimes but I love her despite her occasional craziness
I'm so sorry to hear that! I used to hate having my hair brushed, but that was just until I understood how to brush hair better. I had a very sensitive scalp and my mother was just very young and didn't know how to do better. My stepmom's mother was a hairdresser and she went to a cosmetology school as well, so she was able to teach me how to brush my own hair when I was fairly young and I taught that to my mother. Basically, section if needed, start at the ends, and move up a bit at a time as the tangles release. A detangling spray could also be helpful, and making sure all your hair products are made for your type of hair is super important! I know you're probably aware of these things, but I also know applying it to someone else can be confusing (especially when they are a child who doesn't know these things). 💜💜

My grandma was geologist, she had the cristals collection. She really loved make up and cristals, and she gived me her cosmetics (and also her cristals collection to my brother) befor she going to hospital where she died. So this ASMR so comfort to me, thank you so much for gived me this feeling again. I really miss my grandma and this video make me happy like she maked. 💔

I'm from Italy and I just casually found this video. I don't usually watch ASMR videos but I was curious about this one. I'm in a phasevof mental and physical burnout because I'm a caregiver to my elderly father and he has dementia. My quality of life is shattered. Listening to this soothed my brain and mind for a while.
Prayers for your continued strength and mental health. I was my Daddy's caregiver for 10 months while he fought pancreatic cancer. I was exhausted all of the time. I would do it all over again though to have him back. I miss him so much and I'm so thankful to have had that time with him. You will never regret caring for him. Prayers.
That's such a difficult situation to be in, and I hope that you are able to find more moments of peace throughout your caregiver journey. We can't take care of others unless we take care of ourselves. 💓

Reduce taking caffeine, don't sleep during the day, do several exercises, make sure the room you sleep is dark and if it is not use a sleeping strip.
If you use your phone in a dark room it won't help you to sleep.
