Man, ppl kill me talking about how bad madden is now. Iv'e been playing madden since about 2006 and even back then EA was getting major complaints about madden and as far as ncaa football, i only new of a few ppl that played it. So when you say madden or ncaa football was better back then give me a break.Ppl complained about it every year, but some how after all this complaining they are still making a ton of money.
Madden was fine-ish until 06. Once they got the license they got lazy and the game became boring and they took away a lot of features from 06 and just kept taking away. NCAA games imho played more fluidly and was less of a slog. But the reason it makes money hand over fist is there is no other nfl games out there. 2k made them eat their lunch while putting out a superior game at a superior price (20 dollars for 2k vs 50 for madden, 70 for HOF edition). They just got lazy once they got the exclusive license
Why is it the ps2 maddens and college football gameplay is still better than today's football games
It was because people still read game informer and other gaming magazines and that rating matter
Feel like it’s the illusion of good presentation, maddens presentation has gotten worse year by year but once ncaa drops i think it’ll all get better

That first TD to Walter Williams was a thing of beauty. Browne has really turned a corner from early on. The D is doing its thing. Great game.
Those injuries were brutal but you guys got the job done.
Hopefully they don’t affect the team too badly in the long term.
