- ⚽️ Today I visited the EBB Stadium to watch arguably non-league's biggest current derby - Aldershot Town vs Woking.
📍 The 2 clubs sit just 11.6 miles away from each other, and today played in front on a near 6000 person crowd.
🎆 The game had fireworks, flares, fans and burgers, so make sure to watch til the end! Thanks!

Thank you! It was a good game, I saw Aldershot won the reverse tie today 3-2. I wouldn’t be surprised if the two stay in the national league for a few more years at least.
I was hoping for an on-screen counter for the fireworks. BTW, you're very lucky to be in a place where anything that sounds like a firework 🎆 is actually a firework!

@@JoeScottish Apology accepted. I have lived my entire life in pretty anonymous places and l love the way people in them feel such a strong sense of connection. And it’s the local football team which enables people to express it. The level of interest in local teams is really unmatched anywhere else. It’s one of the best unnoticed things about the UK
