@cybexglobal For the Pallas G iSize, how do you remove the impact shield cover in order to wash it?

To remove the cover, unclip the press-studs and elastic bands holding it in place. Once the attachments are released, the cover can be washed at 30°C with a delicate wash program to prevent discoloration. Remember to wash the cover separately from other laundry and avoid drying it in the dryer or direct sunlight to maintain its fabric quality.

Should the three-point seat belt be used in the car even if there is a shield on the seat?

No , you use the seat shield and when the child too big for it is, you take it out and change to the seat belt

Hi, a 2-in-1 Seat that grows with your little one throughout their childhood, from toddler to pre-teen. Your child is protected by an impact shield until they weigh 21 kg. Then, the impact shield is removed and the seat is secured by the vehicle seatbelt, providing reliable protection until your child is 150 cm tall (approx. 12 years old).
