Short trip to Iligan City and first time for a Filipino to visit Tinago falls - Vlog #07

We went to Iligan city for a short road trip. It's a 1 hour drive from Cagayan de City (depending on the traffic in CDO).
The Macapagal-Macaraeg Ancestral House has been declared a heritage house by the National Historical Institute last August 14, 2002. It is considered as the first house in the Philippines where two of the country's Presidents lived - Diosdado Macapagal, the 9th President of the Philippines and his daughter Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, the 14th President of the Philippines.
The house was constructed in 1950 and it is made of wood and concrete cement. Since it was donated by former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, the city government of Iligan has exerted its best efforts for the maintenance of the house.
Tinago Falls is a waterfall on the Agus River, located in between the town of Linamon and Iligan City, Lanao del Norte in the northern Philippine island of Mindanao. It is one of the main tourist attractions of Iligan, a city known as the City of Majestic Waterfalls.
