+izna khan - Hey! how many videos you add is really just how much time you have to put into it. i suggest starting with 3 or 4 half hour ones that fit your interest, and listen to them entirely everyday for at least 21 days straight. Dont have time in the day? put on some headphones and stream them while you fall asleep. even if you stop concentrating on the words, your subconscious is alwas aware and will pick it up.

I listened to this video quite frequently in the past but since I rarely went to social gatherings, I just decided to stop. Just recently however I attended a social gathering and strangely enough, some people were overly respectful like I was some kind of successful boss. And to think that I was wearing a Mickey mouse shirt and jeans. Perhaps these things have a slight effect after all.

I inherited the Whalen charm my relatives have always been charismatic which I grew up with it
Day 1. I'll briefly describe my personality. I'm very quiet Introverted person. I'm often described as serious. I'm have alot of social anxiety and overthink. Day 2. No changes. I've just been home listening to this and some other subliminals. Missed a few days but I feel a little confident. Decided to not update everyday just when I notice something. The other day I went to the library and I usually hide when I see people I use to know but I didnt this time and walked past them. They didn't notice me. I also noticed I'm more productive. Another update went to the mall I usually look down I still did but it was a little less.
This definitely works stick with it trust me

@@flowbossandre Yeah. I do alot of overthinking but it has dramatically decreased. I feel less anxious talking to people and can hold contact a little better. I'm definitely not anywhere close to being charming or charismatic but I handle interactions with people way better than I have in my whole life.
