Its been like what 3 or 4 years since grandpa died i really liked how his sons continued his cooking channel it'll be cool if somewhere in the future this channel is still alive and of grandpa's descendants continued cooking for the channel

No tomatoes are used in Champaran mutton handi. I am from Bihar n I knw this. In fact no caswe nuts. Above that in chamaparan style mutton handi whole garlic is used. It enhances the taste

We reuse those. To clean, use hot water, soda, and vinegar mix. Let it soak for some time and clean with sponge.

simple step is coat your pot with mud, in this way carbon attaches to mud which can be rinsed easily
