Upon my relocation from Himachal to Mumbai, I experienced a significant problem with hard water, which resulted in hair loss. To address this issue, I developed a new hair care routine that included taking Epsom salt baths, applying LittleXtra's Coconion hair oil twice a week with a five-minute deep massage, and washing it off with Coconion shampo in the morning. Additionally, I began eating a protein-rich diet and practicing yoga to improve blood circulation. These changes have successfully restored my hair's health, and I now feel confident when I socialize with my friends.
