Hi awesome book of cakes.
For hand whisking u need a lidded sapper bowl.
A small circle lid is removed from the middle of the lid to allow your whisks to go in , but this stops the cloud of dust esp with Icing .& flour.
Great simple invention wouldn’t be without mine !!
